Nishchint brings over 30 years of board-level, operating and investment experience across education, private equity, media and communications in India and the US. At Clarius, he advises investors, founders and operators on strategy, transactions, growth and institutional development.

He currently serves on the Board of Management of the Child Education Society, which manages the Bal Bharati Public Schools network of 27 schools educating over 35,000 students across India, and is also a member of the Governor-appointed Skill Council at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University. He has also served as Executive Trustee of EuroSchools, Mumbai, part of Lighthouse Learning, and held leadership roles with Heritage Schools and Vedanya International School.

Prior to his work in education, Nishchint was Managing Director at Madison India Capital, a private equity fund investing across media, education and services, and held senior operating roles at Rediff Holdings, Radio Today (RED FM) and Modi Entertainment. He holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Business Economics from Delhi University and a B.A. from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Tanay brings experience across strategy, operations and investing in the education, consumer and technology sectors across India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. At Clarius, he leads engagements spanning growth strategy, operational transformation, investment advisory and M&A for investors, founders and operators. His work includes supporting clients on expansion, performance improvement, capital raising, acquisitions and new market development.

Prior to Clarius, Tanay held strategy and growth roles at Grab, Uber and Burger King, and has worked with investment firms including Antler, Symphony Asia, Loyal VC and Picus Capital, where he supported portfolio companies across fundraising, valuation, growth and strategic initiatives.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, where he graduated on the Dean's List, and a BSc in Economics from Singapore Management University.
